New point of view

Entering the world of cosmetic surgery from a new employee's point of view is extremely informative, interesting and exciting. My name is Valerie and I am the new receptionist in Dr. Barber's office. As the receptionist, I have the opportunity to experience what goes on outside and inside the patient rooms. I have worked in other medical offices but this is my first experience with plastic surgery, outside of watching plastic surgery television.

I have worked in this office since July and have observed consultations, procedures and follow-up appointments showing the end result of Dr. Barber's work. My view of plastic surgery has changed dramatically in a small amount of time. It is intriguing how even the slightest change in a person's feature can give them the confidence needed to hold their heads high. On the other hand there are patients who want a drastic change and the results in either case have been remarkable. Throughout time and more experience I will go into detail regarding procedures that I observe so you can read about them as I am seeing many procedures done for the first time. Hopefully I will talk to you soon about an appointment for yourself!
