Kristi

Patient Coordinator

For patients who are considering cosmetic surgery, Kristi provides information about Dr. Barber, the facilities and the procedures. If you are having cosmetic surgery, she is the one that is by your side every step of the way ensuring a pleasant and positive experience. Kristi also oversees all the day-to-day activities of the office. She has worked for Dr. Barber for over 12 years.

When not in the office, Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She also enjoys cheering for the Pittsburgh sports teams, especially the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Lori

Registered Nurse

Lori works in collaboration with the patient coordinator to ensure each and every patient receives all the information and personal attention they need to make the right decision. In addition to working with Dr. Barber in the operating room, Lori oversees the care given to patients preoperatively as well as postoperatively. Lori also provides such services as microdermabrasion and Endermologie in the office setting. She has been a nurse for over 20 years and has worked with Dr. Barber for over ten years.

Lori has two children; one working in public relations, the other is a student at Penn State University. In her spare time she loves to dabble in home improvement projects and gardening.

Robin

Front office coordinator

Robin is the first person our patients see when they arrive in our waiting room.

Robin oversees activities and communicates with insurance companies regarding pre-certifications and authorizations for treatment and surgery. She receives and distributes phone calls, messages and patient information. She is also responsible for maintaining all patient charts. Robin has been with the practice for over three years.
